Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the vehicle.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (G&K Automobile, Marco Gatzka, Gelsenkirchener Str. 93, 46282 Dorsten, phone: +49 176 16130462, E-Mail: info@gk-autohandel.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the vehicle back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earliest.

You must return or hand over the vehicle without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the vehicle (e.g. registration and use on public roads beyond a test drive).
